Green Boulevard is a multi-tenant commercial project by The3C Company. The towers here have been built with a vision to create a congenial campus-like environment, where facilities are shared but every tenant retains their privacy. The towers have been built in such a way that the offices here enjoy great visibility from the road.
For the common recreational areas, stilt and lower floors consist of an amphitheater, gym, cafeteria, and shops. The office spaces start from the second floor of the towers. The orientation of the building ensures minimum direct sunlight from the north along with clear horizontal projection design features.
